Auction Basket Letter

Greetings, The largest fundraiser of the year for St. Malachy School is right around the corner! The annual St. Malachy Gala and Auction is scheduled for Saturday, February 27th. While the event will look a little different this year due to COVID, the auction committee is working relentlessly to put together an event that will continue to support our amazing school. Each year the classrooms collaborate to put together a large basket filled with items that will be auctioned during the event. This year the third-grade classroom will partner with the second-grade classroom to create a collaborative masterpiece. For the “room parents” to successfully pull of an extravagant basket, we need your help! Please send your cash donation or local gift certificate to the school by February 12th. If you would prefer to donate an item, we are going to continue our theme from last year, supporting those who support us. Our basket will be filled with items purchased LOCALLY and LOCAL gift certificates. Now more than ever our small businesses and the local business owners need our support! If you have any questions or would prefer to utilize Venmo or PayPal, please do not hesitate to email any of us at jacquiemerritt@hotmail.com, jenny_studer@cargill.com or bethk@gvta.com. Warm regards, Jacquie Merritt, Jenny Studer, and Beth Knutstrom

Seeking Donations for Newspaper Insert and Radio Commercials

The insert will be distributed and the ads broadcast during Catholic Schools Week. The cost for the insert and ads will be approximately $1700. We need your help to fund these great pieces about our school.  If you are interested in helping, please click the link here: https://hsse.churchcenter.com/giving/to/school-marketing
